About Charlie
Hey! I'm Charlie, I've been playing guitar for over 15 years and worked on songwriting, production, and am currently playing live in my band Faux Purr.
I love getting to teach students whatever feels slightly out of reach, learning your favorite new songs, or even helping write your own. I truly think the most important part of playing the guitar is enjoying the learning bit, and I think we can make that happen together.

I love catering to whatever a student's goals are through carefully curated exercises, technique drills, song analysis, and theory breakdowns to help find what really resonates and supports their individual musical goals.
I can offer lessons across the range, but I really love working with emerging guitarists to help kickstart their journey the right way. I also enjoy working on songwriting courses where students can walk away with a finished piece of music to share with friends or perform on stage.
Generally, the lessons go for 45 minutes but I'm more than happy to adapt to whatever works best for you.
