About Alexandre
I suffered from being overweight for a long time, without ever managing to treat it. Between fake diets, useless programs and poor management of my needs, I struggled for a long time to lose weight. When I started to really study the dietary and sports process of weight loss and I adapted it to my body and my needs, I finally lost weight properly, until I reached -30 kgs . Now I help my loved ones on this journey ;)

Finally, according to your dispositions, we will determine an intelligent program adapted to your needs and your weaknesses;)
