About Kelly
Times are challenging for us all, but rest assured I am here to help, support and offer guidance where possible. Once again, we have just been hit with the news that children will be learning remotely from home over the upcoming weeks. I want to take this opportunity to offer my expertise in Primary Education and The National Curriculum for children across EYFS and KS1 – this can be done via zoom or another platform that parents feel comfortable with. I have a PGCE in Primary Education and Early Years with QTS and experience in and around EYFS and KS1 in different school settings.
I can help with homework tasks your child/children have been set, or any Maths/English areas they are finding challenging. Having gained Qualified Teacher Status during the first part of the pandemic, I found it difficult to secure a full-time teaching position, so offered my expertise as a Supply Teaching Assistant (anything I could do to assist during difficult times) fortunately due to teaching going remote I have found myself with more time on my hands and would love to offer a helping hand.
I understand children learn in different ways, so it is my mission to find the best way that works for the individual and make the learning experience as fun and energetic as possible. I am a very patient person who has a calm and nurturing personality and finds it easy to build rapport with children and adults.
