About Suzi
Life is hard. Today's society has a way of projecting their perfect existence onto you on your worst day. I have been to the lowest of lows, I went to the doctor and begged for help, but there was a year long waiting time to see a councillor just to chat to. I drove myself to the closest psychiatric hospital and begged to speak to someone, anyone, I couldn't cope with what I was carrying anymore. But nobody was available, apparently there is no such thing as 'this type of emergency', when inside I was breaking just as much as someone having a heart attack. I understand the need to have someone to share a burden with, talk you through one of the worst moments of your life. To be a friend when you are at the lowest of your possible being and confused, without the fear of it ever being brought back to when you least expect it. No judgement, no shame, I am here for you!

I approach every person individually to their needs and personal circumstance. If it's anxiety you wish to talk about, or depression, or heartbreak I will quietly establish to myself through a friendly approach what it is you need to bring yourself back up from this moment to feel stronger. Maybe that version of stronger means you can approach a subject with someone, it might be the type of strength that means you can fall asleep without tears, or just the strength to feel you can carry on 5 minutes longer.
