About Demet
My own journey towards a more conscious lifestyle started back in 2003 when I became a skeleton athlete. After being an athlete for 5 years, I decided to become a personal trainer in 2006, then in 2007 I also took my 200-hour yoga teacher training. After that, I took my 2-level Reiki practitioner. I went into meditation, breathwork, massage, and sound healing with tuning forks.
So the sessions would be tailored to your needs.
I would like to work with women because that's where I feel my calling is.
