I've been getting coached by Niki for the last 4 going on 5 years since covid basically. During that time like the majority of people, I had to stay inside. That wasn't good for my mental image of myself I started to doubt my looks and become depressed. I saw Niki on Facebook with all these body positivity posts and I just wanted to learn how to love myself again and after messenging her instantly felt like I've known her my whole life she listened and gave me feedback and now I feel more intuned and in love with myself than ever.
