About Karena
Hi! My name is Karena, I am a year 12 student, who just like you goes to school! I have gained alot of experience both learning from and teaching other students. This has lead me to realise I learn well alongside other students, feeling more comfortable to make mistakes and learn.
As a sixth form leader, we look to help and support students.
I would love to guide younger students build their confidence and passion for their own academic journey.

I will be having seperate folders and a checklist for each student, where I will review and record any work, test results and specific tasks to complete. This will allow me to review and focus on areas of improvement with students. Comfort is key! So I like to start our lesson with a fun, educational game to do with our topic of the day! We will also end our sessions with a summary and a reflection.
Homework can be set.
