I base my class on the topic ...create the basic knowledge about it first and then elaborate the knowledge about the subject...do take tests but in such a manner that they don't find the tests boring..and fear them..rather they are interested to show what they have learnt
There are students of different merits...so i use a diverse but appropriate way of teaching which help every particular student to understand a single word.
