I teach my student as if they have to prepare for real world. Some people say Math is only for Scientist and there is no use of it in day to day life but I say to them Are You Serious?
I start my class in 3 phase
1. Introduction - Topic name and where you can you it in different subject and in real life
2. Body - Major part, about topic and all
3. Conclusion - A small session where i ask what you learned today, if my student can tell me what he learned today then He can tell any one
And i am indented to teach school children
