About Lea
I am a HR manager in a startup. In my free time I help family and friends with the preparation of application documents and usually accompany them through the entire application process. I am almost finished with my studies in business administration with a focus on human resources. During the week I am on the other side of the recruiting and look for suitable candidates.

You send me the job advertisement and a first draft of your motivation for this position. You also send me your résumé. I will then go through and check everything. The best thing to do is to talk via phone about what changes need to be done or how to approach your application. The goal is that your individual personality can convince already via the application letter and your CV. This is the only way you can stand out from the crowd and have a real chance of getting your dream job. We work on it until you are satisfied.
