About Mehar

Fitness has always been a significant part of my life. My dad introduced me to cricket, and from a young age, he had me doing push-ups, pull-ups, and running. In the 8th grade, my dad even got me dumbbells, which further fuelled my passion for fitness. In 2019, I was a lean individual, weighing 90kg at 6'2".

However, I had to stop playing cricket due to an injury, and for a while, I had to stop exercising. However, I didn't gain much weight during that period until the years 2021 and 2022, which were emotionally challenging years for me, and I started gaining weight. By the end of 2022, I weighed 116kg.

It was during this time that I decided to get into the field of nutrition science. I started studying, gaining knowledge, and eventually became certified on the subject. I began focusing on improving my mental health alongside my physical health. Through these efforts, I managed to shed 25kgs.

4 Step NFS METHOD TM
1) ANALYSIS PHASE
Analysis: Once you are done with the payment, your onboarding would begin
We would be sharing a Super Detailed Questionnaire Including Detailed Information Around:

2) FIXING YOUR MINDSET
Once we receive the Super-Detailed Questionnaire responses and we start working on curating your super-detailed plan.
The goal of this phase is To get your mindset ready for the transformation, even before we start with the transformation.
Once you fill out the super detailed questionnaire, your access to the Mindset Training will be sorted to get your Mindset Ready for the transformation, till the time we are curating your super detailed plan.
We will be working on understanding how the psychology of successful transformations and mental models including finding your ‘WHY’ behind the transformation.
Main objective of this is to ensure that we are in the right frame of mind when it comes to our transformation journey.
3) RAPID FATLOSS PHASE
This is where the execution and results start. The goal is to start losing fat and start serving results as soon as possible. While improving the whole lifestyle, health markers and fixing deficiencies Once we have curated your super detailed plan: Which includes: Full Nutrition Plan, Full Training Plan, Full Micronutrient Plan, Cardiovascular Work Plan, Recipe Books, Eating out guidelines, Travel, guidelines, and much more
Once you are done going through the detailed plan: You would be asking your questions which would be answered by me in Detail and from here we get started with the transformation plan.
Detailed Resources would be shared with you as and when required* Daily Check-ins: You would be asked to update us daily so that we are in flow and we start experiencing improvement and Quick wins as soon as possible.
Detailed weekly check-ins: as it's not just about the plan, it's more about following it.
We would ensure that we hold you accountable during the transformation and get you back on track if you have fallen off the wagon. Assessment Calls whenever required
4) LIFESTYLE INTEGRATION PHASE
Goal: Now that we have got the results, it's Time to make them permanent and to ensure this is the LAST TIME you are dieting.
In this phase, we start reverse dieting and add your favourite food strategically and learn to eat flexibly, while maintaining, getting more toned/gaining lean muscle and even getting leaner*.
Updated Goal and Phase Specific Workouts: The goal would be to make the whole process easier and integrate everything into our lifestyle from Enjoying Social Life, Eating Out etc.
We would also start working on Levelling up Nutrient Profiling to improve health further.
We would also work on Levelling up Lifestyle activities.
