About Elise
"When I consider why I teach, it is because I enjoy seeing the moment a student realizes that chemistry is just a series of logical steps. Over 13 years of experience, I have worked with 200 students to move them from confusion to clarity. My background includes a BS Chemistry degree and years of coaching students through AP and IB chemistry.
I work primarily with intermediate learners and those focused on high-stakes competitive entrance exams. Stoichiometry and equation balancing are the pillars of my curriculum. I rely on a structured and precise framework to handle acids and bases. You can expect a teaching style that turns the syllabus into a predictable roadmap."

"If you struggle with the numerical problem-solving portion of your chemistry lab, you likely have not learned the specific pattern for that question type. I take my Northwestern BS Chemistry experience and apply it to the common pitfalls board exam students face.
We spend our sessions isolating the variables in stoichiometry so that you never feel lost during an exam again. My approach is to treat the exam like a game with learnable rules that I will teach you to exploit. We will ensure that every chemical equation you balance is done with speed and accuracy.
