About Cadance

know how important it is to find a coach who is both experienced and trustworthy. With 12 years in cheer, from competing in college to running my own program, I’ve seen how proper coaching can make all the difference. I make sure every athlete gets one-on-one attention, safe progressions, and encouragement that builds both skills and confidence. Parents can feel at ease knowing their athlete is in capable, professional hands.

About the lesson

With 12 years of cheer experience, including 4 years cheering at Maryville College and running my own all-star program in Tennessee, I bring both knowledge and passion to coaching. My private tumbling lessons focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and building confidence so athletes can reach their goals safely and successfully. I love helping athletes grow — whether they’re just starting out or pushing for advanced skills.
