Hello! I'm Retno, a bilingual English/Indonesian teacher based in Depok, Indonesia, with over 20 years of classroom teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) and have taught students of all ages and levels at several schools, including serving as an English program coordinator.

I offer two types of lessons:
1. English lessons, for students of any level who want to improve grammar, speaking confidence, or exam preparation.
2. Bahasa Indonesia (BIPA) lessons for foreigners who want to learn everyday conversation, grammar basics, and cultural context, taught by a native speaker with real teaching training.
My lessons are friendly, patient, and structured around what YOU need whether that's casual conversation practice or serious exam prep. I'm flexible with scheduling and happy to do a trial lesson so you can see if we're a good fit.
