About Marissa

I went to law school in FL but I am originally from CT! I played college softball and still play in a neighborhood slow pitch league. I also volunteer on the side. I love Marvel and lifting in the gym. I have a small doodle who loves to walk with me to do my daily cardio.

About the lesson

My lessons will be catered to the student's syllabus and current readings. We will go over the major cases and principles the student should have discussed in class. I will also have a PowerPoint or a worksheet made to make this portion more interactive. After this proposition of the lesson is concluded, then we will go through practice MCQs as well as essays so the student can apply the rule of law the student learned during the first portion of the lesson. This approach will ensure that the student not only understands the theoretical aspects but also gains practical experience in applying them. Additionally, I will encourage questions throughout the session to foster a deeper comprehension of the material. This interactive format will help to create a dynamic learning environment where students feel comfortable engaging with the content. By blending theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, we aim to enhance retention and promote critical thinking skills that are essential for their academic growth.
