About Sofia
Hello! I’m a passionate and patient tutor who believes that every student can learn and succeed when they are taught in a way that suits them. I enjoy teaching because I love helping students grow in confidence, understand difficult concepts, and discover their own strengths.
I am especially interested in working with students who need extra support, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). I believe learning should never feel stressful or overwhelming, and I always aim to create a safe, encouraging, and positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
For my psychology students, I enjoy making complex ideas simple, relatable, and interesting. Psychology is not just about exams—it helps us understand ourselves and others better, and I love sharing that with my students.
My goal is not only to help you achieve good grades but also to help you believe in yourself and enjoy learning.
