Originally from the united states, I am currently studying pharmacology and physiology at university and play semi professional football. I have been teaching and training people on the side for about a year and i love helping people improve physically.

I like to tailor the sessions and exercises to the student's experience level and personality to get the most effective results. In the first few lessons I will start with the basics in order to assess what level the student is on. I also use online resources such as YouTube videos and social media to provide a fun and challenging environment.
