About Maria

Hello! My name is Maria and I am a Health Science undergraduate student at Western University. I finished the AP program at St.Theresa of Lisieux CHS and even took some of the AP exams.
After all these years of school, I’ve been through quite a few obstacles myself.
If you choose to sign up with me, I can assure you that I will try my best to give you even a little push to help you get over them.
My goal is for my students to not only understand and do questions, but more so to enjoy and learn to love these subjects.
I am very passionate about Biology, Chemistry, Math and Physics.
I want to help these students figure out if their future careers will also be revolved around these subjects.
I am quite flexible and will change my teaching style to help my students reach their fullest potential!

About the lesson

I know exactly what if feels like to stare at a question and have no clue where to begin. It’s frustrating!

As someone who has dealt with it for years, I can now say I have become pretty good at understanding and applying the concepts.

My lessons are engineered to be personalized to the needs of every student. I start with what they do not understand and work to combine all the concepts of the course together.

I have plenty of practice questions from my own notes that range in levels of difficulty and will be sure to give homework to ensure students are revisiting the concepts and become comfortable with them.

My lessons are for anyone and everyone who wants to feel more confident when submitting a project, exam or even trying to understand the difficulty behind multiple choice questions.
