About Hannah
I am from Newcastle, and moved to Cambridge for uni. I have tutored in various subjects from early in school up to now, mainly focusing on languages and Classics. I have volunteered with young people for coming up to 8 years now, and have discovered that it’s a real passion of mine. It is one of the most rewarding things for me to see my pupils progress, and overcome challenges and struggles in their learning, allowing them to become confident in their subjects.

I have a background in linguistics, which means I am able to go into the ins and outs of Latin and Ancient Greek and help students develop a thorough understanding of the language structure. As for philosophy, and Classics topics more generally, we can tailor lessons to suit each student, and their particular areas of interest, or weakness. For interview prep and uni applications we can go through aspects of personal statement, along with mock interviews to clear up some of the mystery surrounding Oxbridge interviews.
