About Marina
Hello! I'm an English tutor originally from Manchester, England, with a unique background that helps me connect with students from all walks of life. Before transitioning into education, I spent years as a restaurant manager, a role that honed my communication skills and my ability to work with diverse groups of people. Having lived and travelled around the world, I developed a deep passion for exploring different cultures, customs, and cuisines, which I now bring into my teaching to create relatable and engaging lessons. I truly love being a tutor because nothing is more rewarding than watching my learners improve and gain the confidence they need to succeed as our lessons progress.
