About Shivi
I have been a national level yoga player. Currently, I am a master's student from Delhi University and also studying Japanese language from MOSAI. I did my graduation from Vivekananda College, DU. I have been the cultural captain and president of the Dance Society in my college. I have always been into fitness since I was a kid, but I was too skinny. I know the importance of being fit thus I want people to get healthy especially in these times.

Over exercising or dieting can lead to health issues , so instead of them I believe in a healthy course of exercises and routine.
45 - 60 minutes of right workout 4 times a week is enough for you to be healthy
