About the lesson

I learnt about the benefits of good nutrition at an early age. My parent grew their own fruit and vegetables, cooked only with fresh ingredients. My nutritional education continued at school in Domestic Science/Cookery/Nutition where I gained a qualification in GCE Olevel 1972. Since then brought up my family of three children with the healthy eating policy and continue this since they left home , always my husband and I have well balanced diets. I have a good understanding of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals needed for everyday life and love learning new up to date information about this subject, and the need for suitable exercise and relaxation also.
