Hello! I am a passionate Health Educator and Teen Coach dedicated to helping young people and learners build healthy lifestyles, confidence, and essential life skills. I have experience educating teenagers, guiding parents, and creating engaging learning experiences that inspire positive change. I believe education should be practical, interactive, and empowering, which is why I focus on helping students understand concepts rather than just memorize them. My goal is to equip every learner with knowledge they can apply in their daily lives while supporting them to achieve academic and personal growth. My lessons are engaging, practical, and tailored to each student's needs. I teach Health Education using simple explanations, real-life examples, and interactive discussions to help students understand and apply what they learn. I also guide teenagers in developing healthy habits, self-confidence, decision-making skills, and emotional well-being. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and are motivated to grow academically and personally. Lessons are available online and are suitable for secondary school students, young adults, and anyone interested in improving their health knowledge.
