About Rasheena
Health and well-being is my passion. I believe that your health and well-being should be a priority and the foundation of everything you do. When you are taking care of your body and well-being then you are able to show up as your best self to all situations in life. I have been a health and life coach for almost 3 years now and absolutely love what I do.
Before I became a coach I suffered with anxiety, depression and low self esteem. Health coaching completely changed my life and I now have the tools and skills to work my way through difficulties when they arise. I am now the healthiest I have ever been and feel confident in my body, in my food choices and in my fitness choices.

Each session we will review your goals for your health, body or life. We will discuss what has been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from achieving your goals. I will then introduce some tools and skills you can apply to achieve your goals. Every session you will have the opportunity to discuss anything that you feel is preventing you from being where you want to be and I can support you through this. Health coaching can bring up many different feelings and emotions so it’s important that you feel safe in the coaching environment to discuss your fears, worries or concerns. I use a proactive approach so each session you will leave with tangible tools to smash your goals.
