About Chloë

Hi, bonjour, hola, hallo !

I have a master’s degree in international science and am currently working as a consultant in the financial sector. Say what, that’s a totally different direction than healthy food and nutrition right? ;) I’ve always been incredibly interested in healthy food and its effect on our health. Throughout the years I realized that wherever I’d come, people would ask me for my advice and consult me for my experience with healthy food and the wellbeing of nutrition, herbs and supplements on our bodies. That’s when I started a course to become a Health Coach.

About the lesson

We are given so many tips and advice every day on our health. The media, friends, colleagues… Sometimes it can become hard to know which of all those we should apply in our daily life. I can facilitate you how to live healthy, taking into account that we all have busy lives. After we establish what you are looking for, we’ll have a look at some/all of the following: how you currently eat, what you like to eat, what you like less, do you get to move a lot, how do you sleep? We’ll make up a plan together on how to reach your goal. I’ll give you guidance and tools that are easy to apply in our daily, busy lives.
