About Virginia
Virginia graduated with a BA in dance and performance from the European Dance Development Centre, part of the ArtEz University of the Arts in Arnhem, The Netherlands. In Arnhem, her process developed and gained momentum amongst an international community of dancers, artists and master teachers. More recently Virginia has been an artist in residence at Parkgate Community Centre. She is an enrichment instructor at Bodwell High School, guiding students in art and service projects in her community. She teaches musical theatre and dance to all ages through Crossmaneuver and North Vancouver Recreation and Culture. Recently, through the Artstarts mentorship program Virginia was able to learn with dancer and choreographer, Kim Sato. Virginia enjoys collaboration and working to co create artistic work that is dynamic, creative and adaptable to a variety of settings. The design of Virginia’s programs generate the results of her broad body of knowledge regarding physical conditioning.

My classes are designed specifically for results. I write programs for high school, elementary schools and community centres. The program will be developed in collaboration with you to achieve the desired outcome with visualization , meditation, dance, art and fitness.
