About Kiana
I am a health and fitness coach. I’m a certified personal trainer as well as a student dietitian. It is my mission as someone who has been personally victimized by diet culture to help men and women realize the truths that diet culture tries so hard to make you not believe. As a health and fitness coach, I work with people to heal their relationship with food and exercise/the gym. I teach everything from macro tracking, to intuitive eating to how you can eat all your favourite foods(including those cookies and ice cream you love so much) and still reach their goals!
