For each class, I first have to look through the personalized personality test of the student and then create a course especially for them.

For me, an online class requires as much effort as a normal class, but I know that any student who actually wants to attend such sessions is serious about giving it his/her all, which is why no matter how long it may take, I won't ever sacrifice on the quality of the course.
