About Opal
"Teaching exists because authentic Latin music requires an understanding of culture that often escapes simple notation. I earned a Diploma of Music in Guitar from JMC Academy and have spent 13 years living in Australia as a native Spanish speaker. My approach integrates fingerpicking, songwriting, and music theory into a cohesive practice.
I guide intermediate players through complex acoustic techniques and maintenance. Providing clarity on grade exam prep keeps my instruction grounded in reality. My daily work involves supporting musicians who need to refine their sound. I keep things steady."
