About Kathleen
"Scales and modes are the foundation of every great guitarist I have coached. These 13 years of teaching have shown me that anyone can become a skilled player. I teach kids, teens, and intermediate or advanced learners how to navigate their instruments with ease. My personal history includes extensive work on acoustic and electric technique, reading tabs, and ear training.
I integrate grade exam prep into our sessions for students focused on formal progress. Having taught 369 students, I have seen every possible challenge a learner might face. Are you ready to see what you can achieve on the guitar?"

"Can you imagine playing your favourite songs with perfect chord transitions? Many students struggle with tuning and maintenance at first, but we fix that immediately. I guide you through improvisation and soloing so you feel confident as a musician.
This process is designed for performance-focused students who crave real results. My 13 years of experience means I can quickly adapt to your specific goals. We will spend time ensuring your fingers find the right spots on the neck. It is quite simple once you understand the logic behind the music.
