About Enrique
Fitness has been my passion for 3 years.
In high school my passion was at first rugby and my dream was to play for the Springboks.
Then I saw all this gym videos of the fitness models on Instagram and was like “i want to look like that, and if they can do it i can do it”, so i started putting all my time and effort in the gym instead of on the rugby field.
And when I started seeing results i became addicted to the way you can “sculpture” your body like you’ve been imagining it for the past 2-3 years.

Well it takes time, hard work and dedication to reach to that level of fitness.
But I’m here to help!
I will guide you step by step to reach the fitness goal you’ve been dreaming of.
