I am in my 5th year of college getting my masters in behavioral special needs. I currently work in an alternative school focusing on helping students who need behavioral support and more specialized care to learn to manage their stress and anxiety.

I base my lessons on real world problems that either I have experienced or someone I know has experienced. I like to incorporate work books on different thing such as how to deal with stress then try and help students apply in to the real world when they experience stress.
