About Gabriel
I am a native spanish speaker. My family is from Peru and growing up Spanish was frequently spoken at home. I didn't learn how to speak English until about 2nd or 3rd grade. I worked at a spanish immersion school called Seattle Amistad School for over 3 years. Our day with the kids was mainly taught in Spanish. I worked there with kids ranging from Preschool to 8th grade.

Spanish is my first language. I have worked at a spanish immersion school (Seattle Amistad School) for over 3 years. At Amistad we would speak spanish for the majority of the time at Seattle Amistad School. I would help teach kids different subjects such as math and about social justice issues. I have worked with kids ranging from Preschool to 8th grade.
I would first determine where you're at with speaking spanish (how well you read, write, understand, and speak spanish). Once we have established your skill level I would build off of that. To learn spanish I could put you in front of a book and have you recite sentence after sentence but in reality thats not how learning a language works. I would help you with a more practical approach and help you have actual conversations by the end of our lessons.
