I have a way of teaching people in a way that they would understand. During the lesson I can understand what their understanding and thinking is like and I can relate to it and start from there. I wasn't always a high achieving student so I can relate to even low performing students. I was there and therefore can put myself in their shoes and teach them at their level of understanding.
