I am a consumer rights advocate, and at present reviewing the many hundreds of sites offering fantastic value for money in Online tuition, where in reality, they are simply wed developers, listing complete strangers with venerable consumers
This site in particular appears to want payment before even speaking to a "tutor".

Like most tutors on here, I will mostly be making it up as i go along, as there is no accountability, and nobody to report to.
But I have registered with many sites claiming to offer online tuition, only to find that anybody can register spurking to be a teacher, when in fact they are not
