I believe to truly get into someone's mind, there's need for a bond. Creating a friendly environment for a student b4 lectures will really go a long way. When student are free with the tutors then will give a listening ear to whatever the tutor have to say.That's a very powerful too I use during lectures, it makes the learning journey interesting
