About Athena
I have experience playing piano for more than ten years and initially learnt how to teach from my own piano teacher, who educated me in both grade 5 music theory and grade 8 piano.
I enjoy listening to different genre of music and am able to play some simple pop songs such as 'City of Stars' and classical like 'Moonlight Sonata'.
I am willing to start from simple classics and easy pop songs depending on the preference of an individual.

About the lesson

The lessons will be held online where I guide the student step by step in the motion and fingering for beginners. A photocopy of the scores can be provided on my side or bought by the student. Some music theory may be taught if and when it appears in the scores. The lesson can be taught in both English or Chinese and some Japanese if necessary.
I have 10 years of experience playing and have taught a few people in the past.
A typical lesson time will be from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the level of the student.
The lesson is for all ages and anyone is welcome with level between first timer to intermediate.
