About Dr Rohini
I have seen many students good at math or science, struggle with language learning because they believe languages cannot be learnt the same way. With my PhD in Linguistics or Language Sciences, I believe I have the right background knowledge to tailor the lesson plan to make this a relatable, approachable process. I do not believe blind memorisation is necessary or even useful when it comes to learning English.

I believe that language learning is not about rote memorisation and doesn't have to be stressful. I will design a lesson plan unique to the student's needs and goals and give them the most suitable tools to achieve their goals. If your goal is to score better on your school or college English test, I can -
a. Analyse common mistakes and provide tips and tricks to avoid them.
b. Give testing practice for reading comprehension.
c. Give sufficient practice with comprehensive feedback for writing exercises.
If your goal is to improve your communication skills , I can -
a. Provide source material for listening skills
b. Provide supportive atmosphere for practicing speaking skills
