My method is to start by asking what you wish to achieve, then I start by explaining what DTP is, it helps to understand where it has grown from so that terms like: CRC which actually means: Cyclic Redundancy Checking, an error detection technique. Instead of what most designers working today think which is Camera Ready "Something"!
