About Peter
I would explain the experience I have in the various areas I have practiced and give them actual examples of the cases and matters I have been involved in . I would explain the practical application of the law to them so they understand how the law works in both commercial and everyday applications. I would reinforce the fact that very legal problem has a solution as long as you know how to identify the issues and know where to find the answers.

Study of the law is based on understanding the principles which attach to the various areas of law, To understand the principles I would demonstrate how they are applied through actual case law and practical examples which the students and I would work would through to understand the principles. The underlying skill I would teach is to identify the legal issues involved in the practical examples and how to locate and the information they need to resolve the matter.
