About Ellen
I love working with students of all ages. Although most of my experience is with school ages, I have also had experience with high school students and even adult students. I am flexible and patient. In my Masters program, I specialized in curriculum development. This has provided me with knowledge on how to adjust lesson plans to suit individual students and their needs and abilities.

I completed my Masters of Education in 2016. I followed that by 5 years of teaching (and still going!) Students with learning disabilities. I specialize in learning to read by going back to the basics that includes phonetic work. I also offer tutoring in writing - paragraph, essay, and academic writing.
