My name is Jake, I am 18, I have finished my college course this year. I have a huge passion for sport, exercise and fitness, both practical and theory aspects!
Being young myself and doing my GCSEs not too long ago, inspires me even more to help those where possible.

I believe that everyone is going to take in information differently and learn in different ways, this could be visually (with pictures or mind-maps), through audio (videos or sound clips) or physically acting out the scenario etc.
Lesson length can vary depending on what the subject is or what you have the time for, lessons could be anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Price may vary.
I have a level 3 diploma in sports and exercise and multiple coaching awards allowing me to coach anyone.
My lessons are mainly aimed at students doing their GCSEs regarding PE theory, however any personal training lesson can be for anyone at any level!
