I have a First Class degree from Oxford University, and have both classroom and individual teaching experience. I am a Secondary School Art Teacher and do online tuition in a range of subjects. My academic backgrounds makes me well suited to help with essay writing, exam and interview preparation, and guidance on University applications, as well as practical and theoretical mentoring in creative disciplines.
I tailor my teaching to suit individual needs and learning styles, but always with the aim of making learning fun, and developing academic confidence. I encourage students to develop strategies for breaking down information and forming responses or arguments. These are transferable skills that can be used in interview and exam situations, but are also are important for developing a life-long positive approach to learning, and when encountering new and difficult information.
