Well, in a nutshell: focused, effective, customised, and laid back.
Being successful at learning requires confidence, which is essential. You can trust that topics are carefully presented so my pupils can make rapid progress right away. I will never, ever demean or make my clients feel small; I will always encourage them. Never undervalue the significance of pitch. The fatal error made by beginning math teachers is believing that math is simpler than it is, or that their students can understand concepts that they cannot. Understanding how to pitch a math lecture requires practice.
