About Alberta

I was an athlete for about 16 years, so I understand firsthand the importance of this topic. I enjoyed studying both the ethics of sports as well as sports psychology and sociology while I was getting my undergraduate degree. Additionally, I am going into rehabilitative sciences as a profession, so I stay up to date with the current sports climate and different psychological approaches to all aspects of working with athletes.

About the lesson

I am willing to work with all age groups! I have studied these classes primarily on the high school and college level myself. I have a passion for sports and love to use real-world examples when teaching. I focus on a collaborative approach with students to understand their individual wants and needs to best tailor each session.
