I always have this motto of mine saying “In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn.” “One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world.” It will always remind me that in teaching students don't only learn from their teacher but also teachers learn too from their student. In my way of teaching, I used blended kind of teaching because I want students learn to be independent and not relying all the time to their teachers. The class is enthusiastic so that students tend not to be shy and can enhance more of their self esteem and also to gain trust to their teacher. Lastly, to help them improve their speaking, writing, pronunciation.
