The first thing to do is "know our learner". From there, you do an assessment off the learner's skills and learning preferences, and you create a plan that will meet the learner's needs and their most important and relevant outcomes. Success for the learner is the goal! Personalization and knowing the variety of options you can use, is key. I have that experience.
