About Jacob

I have Diplomas in Legal law,Law and adverse trials,Business Management and Entrepreneurship to name a few along with four other certifications.I also have 9 certifications as a home inspector from world- reknowned InterNACHI. I worked at the Bering School District in Stebbins School for four years straight as a Special Education Aide and a teacher for a total of ten years.

About the lesson

I teach the basics.Intent,consent,breach of contract to name a few.I use real life examples to illustrate my point.I use a chapter review and the end of each section. At the start of the next section, I summarize what was taught before
