About Aditi
I would like to tell my future students and their parents that they will be in good hands. Teaching kids from different levels and different backgrounds for many years, I learned valuable techniques to do my job successfully. Students will not only learn the academic subjects, they will learn to show responsibility and accountability in their work and behavior. Above all, their academic performances will be improved significantly. Another important aspect about collaborative sessions is respecting each other's timing. I like to be punctual and I teach my students the same.

- I don't just do the homework/tasks for the kids. I make them understand the concept. That way they have the necessary foundation to solve the problems on their own.
- A typical lesson plan includes -
1) The broader objective of the topic
2) Understanding the concept
3) Showing few different examples
4) Hands on practices
5) Explaining more as needed
6) Homework for next session
7) Quizzes for each topic
8) Test for the entire chapter
- I make the kids comfortable by having a very friendly atmosphere. I also make sure that the student and teacher have mutual respects for each other.
