About Mimi
History was my favourite subject in school, hence why I am carrying it on at University. But a common misconception when taking this subject is that having good knowledge of a topic is enough to secure you a top grade. This is not the case at all. Structure and writing style are of equal importance. Being confident in your A01,2 and 3 is crucial. This is something that I can closely work on you with, to secure you the top grades you need. If you are at a lower level of education and are not quite at the exam stage yet, developing a mature, strong writing style lower down school can prove extremely useful foundations for later on; across all subjects, not just history. So general writing style is something I'd be happy to focus on, even if it's just to build some confidence! At a young age, the idea of writing essays can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be. With my guidance and help, your essay writing ability will see significant improvement, and hopefully, your passion for it will too!
